"If I could give 0 stars I would ! Recently purchased two pairs of shoes from DSW . Pictured are Steve Madden Sneaker Wedge they came the first time and 2nd time dirty and on the 2nd replacement pair they left the alarm …. I thought I was purchasing new shoes from the warehouse online … come to find out they sent me shoes from my nearest DSW.. if I wanted that I would of gone myself . Both pairs where dirty and the alarm on the 2nd pair was laughable but over all so disappointed never purchasing from DSW again .. there customer service kinda sucks too I had to call for them to process my return and provide them the tracking they gave me .. that indicates they received it . Took 2 weeks to get the credit .. not worth it buy shoes anywhere else ! Clearly they will send you somebody’s return"
