From the non pressured sales experience, listening to our needs, and changing the order mid-stream , it was a smooth process. They handled our financing issues as we wanted, and set up delivery at our convenience. The delivery team was professional and careful. At the end of the day you can find cheaper (you get what you pay for) furniture online, but having a local company working with you (especially if any warranty issues come up) is a shopping experience that still can't be beat."
