"This dollar general is extremely wasteful. They throw away perfectly good items in all kinds and sometimes go as far as destroying them so no one can have things like baby formula and baby snacks. I have been trying to save these items as of lately and they are now about to put up a chain to prevent me from getting these items and donating them to families, single parents, homeless people and people who just need a good price. There is 0 reason they cannot donate any of it and it is ridiculous. I will never be buying anything that profits them again. Start penny shopping every week to get things for a penny at all Dollar Generals. The pictures below are some items I found today and rescued from being wasted."
"Very diasapointed in this location...on 11/08/22 and 11/09/22 they closed the store moments before i arrived...i work til 4 every day and this is a daily stop for me. My wife looks forward to the item i purchase and is very upset that she hasnt been able to get it. So as the employees stand ouside smoking telling folks theyre closed...it sucks ... Booo"
"This particular location never has the same hours of operation that you can count on …1day on a Friday they will be closed at 6pm another Friday they will be open till 8 no consistent availability with this place ..and trying to call to check if they will be open or not is a hit /miss Linda situation as well ..maybe not post publicly the store is open when it may or may not be open it’s not good business …an maybe the upper management could kick a small part of their yearly profit earnings to the workers in the store an be able to take care of some of the merchandise that’s plugging up your Walking areas ..the store is only as good as you make it ..be open when you say your open an don’t make it a challenge to walk with out obstacles at every turn"
"Staff are always pleasant,.courteous and helpful. I usually go in to get 1 or 1 things and come out with 1 or 2 bags haha. The quality it good, I've never had anything outdated. Some of the brands are names oce never soon before but that doesn't mean it doesnt taste good."
"Great deals! Lots of good finds. The set-up is easy to move around and find what you're looking for. I usually purchase holiday decorations or fillers here. Definitely worth checking out!"
