"Phone interactions with the receptionist here was awful. When I emailed about scheduling a consultation, the receptionist called me back and was very rude and unprofessional. She Kept cutting me off before I could explain what I was trying to say. Also, calling here and leaving a voicemail is useless. As someone seeking services for mental health, this was a major red flag for me but I proceeded with scheduling an appointment despite the receptionist attitude. Took forever to call me back and just not a professional place. I hope in the future this place gets a new receptionist so the initial first impression of this place is not so negative"

"Patient intake is awful. When a person is trying to seek mental help and is met with cold and rude receptionists, what an irony. This review is on behalf of my partner. The scheduler called 3x in the span of 5 minutes to reschedule the appointment multiple times. When they'd ask a question, they'd cut my partner off mid-answer; even the question of "what's your name?" couldn't be fully answered before getting cut off. The scheduler kept repeating "ok, we'll see you TOMORROW" "TOMORROW at 11am"; no reference to a concrete date. My partner shows up for the scheduled appointment and the office is closed. Waited around for 20 minutes by knocking on the door and leaving a voicemail. No response. 3 hours later, a receptionist calls my partner and leaves a voicemail to say "I don't know where you were but we're here now" (sure, very helpful 3 hours later and with attitude nonetheless). Another receptionist calls and leaves a voicemail: "Your appointment was scheduled a different day, not today. Our office opened at 12 today, so yea, no one was here." Two idiotic responses that contradict each other. Obviously this isn't the ideal place to seek mental health if the receptionists lack professionalism and compassion. I can't imagine anyone who deals with crippling anxiety trying to schedule an appointment here. Their interaction with the cold receptionists (not just 1, but 2), could be their first attempt at seeking help. Try someplace else with more compassionate and knowledgeable staff."
