"I can't say enough about how excellent my care has been at Peak. After spending over 2 decades, countless appointments, and even needless surgery (that caused more complications and scar tissue), by accident I stumbled upon this amazing care team. Suffering from pelvic pain, ED, urinary incontinence, NPS, lower back pain, GERD, IBS for far too long- none of my specialists or countless doctors across many boards and many states, could somehow connect the dots that pelvic health therapy could be the best option for me. I even had one doctor, tell me "please don't come back anymore, I can't help you!" Dealing with such an intimate part of my life, along with the pain, I suffered low self-esteem and even depression. I had visited a few places on my long journey, but being a man, this was a very personal and painful experience, and I simply did not feel comfortable opening up to just anyone about these issues. I asked if there was such a thing as a MALE pelvic health therapist and was told by countless physicians that they DID NOT exist. All of the female therapists I had talked to were very knowledgeable and helpful, but I was hindered to just divulge everything I was dealing with. That was when I found Aaron Ranney at Peak. From my first phone consultation, I was able to unload years of pain and embarrassment, and he was so understanding, compassionate, and helpful. I literally cried after the phone call, feeling that there was finally help for me- there was actually a name to what I was experiencing, names for muscles that were in continual spasm, I WAS NOT ALONE! Everyone in the staff- from Lauren's helpful and accommodating scheduling, to Ruth, to Aaron- so wonderful and welcoming. Aaron is a hidden gem! I wish the WHOLE WORLD knew about him and everyone could know about this practice. I am finally finding relief after years and years of physical, emotional, and mental anguish.. Aaron is extremely patient, skillful, and attentive. I never feel rushed, and always feel like I can get out anything that I am suffering with. There is no need to silently suffer for years! You need to make an appointment with them and get the superb care that I am receiving! I live on the Cape, but the weekly appointments are well-worth the trip. I am so happy to have found them and am proud to be a part of the Peak family! I am getting better!"

If you had to cancel for whatever reason, she'll also reach out to offer you any alternative openings to make sure you don't miss your check in. Last but not least, my physical therapist, Jess, is super knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to explain each exercise and what we were working on. During my last appointment, I had to bring my baby in with me and she offered to hold her when she got fussy during my workout! "I just completed pelvic floor PT after having twins in February. My physical therapist was Jess, she is amazing and I cannot recommend her enough! When I started PT my core was extremely weak after having a c-section and I struggled to do basic exercises without tiring easily. By the end, I felt so strong and could complete more challenging exercises. Through going to PT weekly and completing my home program a few times a week, my body transformed and I feel stronger than ever.
