"Old woman at the front desk turned me away when I needed to be treated for a concussion. But she turned me away very rudely even when I began to cry that I needed treatment. She said she wouldn't treat me because I was in a vehicle accident. I told her I was using my PERSONAL insurance and that this would have no connection to that but she didn't want to treat me because I said those words. She was incredibly rude, mean, and not compassionate. I will NEVER come back here to be treated this way when I need help. Worst service I've ever experienced."

"While the wait time was a bit long, i know they only had a few people on staff on a busy Friday night. Alexandra was very kind, sweet and took the time to help me understand what was wrong and she going to help remedy it quickly. I really appreciated everyone’s kindness!"

"Today I called to the clinic to get my urine test and the receptionist said they will call when the result come out and she just hanged up even though I still have a few more question to ask her. It has been 10 days that I didn’t get a call from the clinic. I called to the clinic second time and in different days. If she talk to me very nicely, I would be happy to nice to her and can be patiently wait until she can assist me but she was just literally rude to me. I don’t know why they got 4.5 stars but every time I call to the clinic and see the doctor, none of them are patient with me."

"Went on 1/2/24 at 8:39am. Was out an hour later. The nurse and doctor were both very nice, polite and extremely helpful. Facility was clean and efficient. Would definitely go back again if I need to. Also love that there is a CVS 30ft away from it in the parking lot, my prescriptions were sent there and filled within 20 minutes"

"Waited for >2 hours but only got to talk to the provider for 5min and she was super impatient. We did not get the medication we need and she did not provide a guidance on what should we do or who should we see next either. Plus, she or other people was talking in the hallway super loud that I could hear everybody’s health condition super clear including ours of course. The nurse helped with the blood draw was super nice. I really like her! I’ll give her 5 star review. But the provider is bad. If this is something urgent, go to ER. If just looking for antibiotics or something quick, go online pharmacy, they are very quick, efficient and affordable. Don’t waste your time here."
