"***BEWARE, MinuteClinic needs improvement*** I suggest that management read through some of these reviews. They do not lie. I had the displeasure of meeting with nurse Patricia, who was rude and honestly gave me bad vibes. I went in for an appointment at the MinuteClinic. Everything was fine up until there was an issue with my insurance. Patricia had to speak with IT over the phone. She complained almost the entire time and finally said “we’re done with this, I can’t wait anymore, I have other patients waiting.” She gave me the prescription I needed in a dismissive manner. I called customer relations and they fixed the insurance issue. Almost an hour after my appointment, I get a call from Patricia telling me that I needed to confirm my health history to ‘get out of my chart.’ I have never had any issues with other MinuteClinics in the past. I will never go back to this one."

"INSANE! Please please please read the reviews before coming here. this has been the worst experience I have ever faced within healthcare. I came in and was instantly seen with an attitude by Patricia, already not feeling well and my sister had gone in earlier thinking she had the same sickness. she then accuses me of trying to get out of work because of something I think I might have, and I will have to pay $90 and wasting their time if I don’t have it, when that is the whole reason i’m there… then proceeds to complain because i have to see “my grandma tmr”. In airqoutes she said this to me..I respond yea it’s her funeral tmr she’s dead. nothing but silence and disrespect to her lovley coworker. I felt horrible going to the appointment and left feeling horrible.."

"I agree with all previous reviews regarding Patricia Sweder, the nurse at the clinic. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rude, terrible bedside manners, does not care for patients. Continues to look at clock and states “We don’t have time to run all these tests” 6 minutes into my appointment. Stating we have only 20 minutes in an appointment(while no where near the 20 minute mark) and is terribly rude. Gave me options to do one test or the other. States she will only do one and I can go to the pharmacy to get an at home test to do the other. ????? Pharmacy had not opened until 9:10 am, I waited 25 minutes for them to open to do an at home test when she could have performed it in during my scheduled appointment. I am unsure why she still holds a position at this clinic. CVS HealthHub will not be receiving business from me again. Unfortunately, I did not see the reviews until after I saw her. I do not recommend going there. This is the first time I’ve been compelled to leave a google review. 0/10. Seek help regarding your health elsewhere."

"I had an appointment at 9:10 in the morning. I waited 40 minutes they ended up taking a person whose appointment was 10 minutes after mine, before me. I know this because I asked the person what time their appointment was. I then asked Patricia Sweder the NP why she’s taking appointments after me And I still haven’t been seen. She proceeded to guilt me that the person she took before me is disabled. I understand the sensitivity but at the same time timeslots are there for a reason and she at least should’ve told me. Instead she gave me attitude and slammed the door and guilted me. I would give zero stars if I could. Patricia Sweder is not a nice woman."

"all other reviews tell the truth, got there immediately was treated with disrespect and given the sign I was not wanted there. The nurse here clearly hates her job and does not hide it at all. Things are rushed in a appointment to get you out as fast as possible. everything is done half effort by her. terrible atmosphere as you know your clearer now wanted there and are getting rushed. no compassion at all in the nurse."
