"Kind of a hit or miss. There have been a two times where I told doc my child is sick and feel like I’m not taken serious enough, I seem to always get “its a virus and will go away” then days later my child has gotten so bad that he has respiratory infections that turn bacterial or have been bacterial. I have felt like geeze if you had put him on antibiotics maybe this wouldn’t have gotten so bad. I understand that your first go to shouldn’t be antibiotics but some need them. The nurses and doctors are really nice and helpful. I’ve gone to them for my own care, and they were excellent. I appreciate it!"

"Was sick for three days. Went early. First one through the door. Receptionist turns to woman behind me with a gross smile, were you first? Of course lady says yes, I was. Receptionist then helped the next person, basically ignoring me. Maybe because I actually looked sick. They question everyone. Do you have Covid symptoms? The 5 people she took before me did not. I did. I have Covid. So they sat me with some older people that probably shouldn't have been sitting with a contagious person. I don't think the receptionists really care though. I have never seen ruder people in a medical setting. I only went there because the sign says AMC to which reception they're not related to Albany Med. I only gave it 2 stars because the Nurse Practitioner was awesome."

"The girls at the front desk are so kind Amanda and Linda. I have came here multiple times and I am always taken right away with a minimum wait time. They are accommodating and the staff here are always so friendly. If you need a quick Emergent Care for your family, kids or friends. This is the place to go."

"Walked in at 2pm on a Friday with no one sitting in waiting room for a basic physical. I was told by the two secretaries that they didn’t do physicals even though the website says they do and then was told that I had to make an appointment because they were “to busy” even though the website clearly states they take walk ins .. I turned around and pointed at the empty waiting room and asked then to explain how they were to busy even though there wasn’t a single soul in the waiting room. They just looked at me and stumbled on their words. At that point I left and went to wellnow and was seen and was done under an hour. They were extremely unprofessional, rude, didn’t know what services they offered, and overall came off as lazy. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend and will never go back."

"I was at the Brunswick Urgent Care today, and was greeted by check-in staff that was very friendly. I was brought back quickly and the clinical staff was just as nice as the reception staff. It was very clean, and I was very pleased with the visit, and would recommend it to my family and friends."
