"I called to make an appt and unless I paid a $200 "emergency fee" for them to come out that week, I had to wait a week. On the day of my appt (10-2 window) they didn't show until 5 and when I called earlier to check on them they said they were taking care of emergency calls.... So they seem to push off people, even those that have appts, unless you pay the $200. after getting my estimate ($1200 to replace the motor that the tech said was gone, and a fan blade) I paid the deposit and the parts were supposed to come in within 3 days. I called after the 3 days and was told that the parts were delayed and would be pushed to the next week, plus another week to get an appt. I told them to cancel my order and I called other companies. I found another AC guy who came out the next day and the motor was NOT gone like the other tech told me. He replaced the capacitor and the AC worked.... Cost of $230. I had nothing but frustration dealing with PC Plumbing."

"I was very disappointed with our last experience with PC Heating. We lost four days of work (mine x2, my tenant and my sister). Said they would be there at a certain time and didn't show up till much later, didn't have the part... I didn't feel like I should be charged the full amount. Lauren told me that they manager would call me on two different occasions and he didn't either time. If someone out there has a company that services Vermont Casting fireplaces, I'm all ears. I will not be using PC Heating again."

"If I could post a 0 star I would. Wanted to charge me almost $1000 for a simple replacement of two pressure switches, which typically should cost about $350. Would not budge on the price and charged me $120 just to diagnose the problem. AVOID at all costs."
