"Oops! they're closed, but without anyone at the alternate location they point you to made aware of the closure, AND without any mechanism in place for the alternate location to be able to field scripts submitted here. Doc's office had to call the alternate location, wait on hold for 15 minutes just to submit the script, and then wait another hour to get filled. Cool."
