"Raider redemption was closed today so went to Casey's instead. I put my bag of bottles while holding it, onto the counter to wait for the guy to finish clearing the bottles out from the previous person. He glared at me and snapped at me saying "are you going to wait for me to finish clearing out the bottles?" I did not like how this older guy acted and I can tell you I will not be back to Casey's again. I highly recommend Raider Redemption, the people there are very friendly!!!"
"We pulled into the parking lot at 6:33 pm with 7 normal kitchen sized garbage bags full of bottles. There were two staff members working and they came right outside and tried to turn away our service because “they stop counting bottles at 6:45”. Before coming I made sure to check the store hours and the store is open until 7:00 pm so I was pretty shocked with the way we were greeted. The associate finished counting our last bit of bottles at 6:46. If this store is going to be advertised to be open then customers should be served until closing time without be treated like they are a nuisance. We will take our business where it is appreciated next time."
