"Although they have probably one of the best selections of plants, shrubs and trees in the area, it only takes one rude employee to sour your experience. They seriously need to get another person to run the register. I don't know if it's the same person I've read other reviewers complain about or if there are just several rude employees that work there, but if they can't deal with the public they shouldn't be put at a register. I also noticed that the owner of the business selectively responds to different reviews and for the most part ignores anything about rude employees. There are plenty of other businesses I'd rather give my money to than this one, even if it takes shopping at 2 or 3 to find what I need."

"I took a 40 minute detour on my way home from work to quickly check out the selection. Arrived 15 minutes before closing time, planned to look, then return the following morning with my truck. I need a dozen boxwoods, other shrubs, several hydrangeas, a hydrangea tree, and other miscellaneous flowers and ground cover. The selection looked great. Unfortunately poor customer service outweighed the selection. I was met by an older woman who was angrily throwing her hands up in the air, yelled to put down my window, then told me they’re closing with an awful attitude and scowl. I briefly explained my situation and asked if I could just look for five minutes. She rolled her eyes and just let out an enormous sigh. I rolled up my window and left. I’ll spend $3,500 somewhere else."

"Do not buy topsoil from them. They left side of the photo is the clay sand mix “screened topsoil “ that they sell for 50$ a yard. We purchased over $1000 worth. Absolutely horrible. We had to remove it all and throw it all away. The topsoil on the right that was bought from another provider in Saratoga. Do your self a favor and don’t waste your time."

"Huge selection. Lots of colors and variety. They have lots of choices but not all necessarily in great condition. Majority of plants though were very beautiful. Their Tropicals seemed to suffer the most, which is expected in this region. The staff was so helpful. They were patient and kind, lead us around instead of just pointing to a general location This place could easily incorporate a small food farm stand and refreshments with a seating area and allow visitors to just enjoy all the massive greenery."

"Troy Landscape Supply has a HUGE selection for outdoor plants and a good variety of indoor plans. I went in looking for indoor plants and was very pleased. Abby was super friendly and the store was very clean, and I look forward to revising!"
