"I ran into an issue with another company in which part the flowers I ordered for my wedding were wrong. I walked in to the Cohoes shop first thing in the morning panicked and within a few short hours Ben and his team had secured a replacement saving the day! Excellent costumer service and attention to detail. I will be continuing to do business with them without a doubt!"

"ORIGINAL 2-STAR REVIEW: Called from out-of-state to have flowers delivered to my daughter in Cohoes for her birthday. Said I'd like something with daisies and wildflowers and my daughter's favorite color is yellow. I was told there's a $40 minimum for delivery and with fees and taxes the cost was $53. The bouquet my daughter received was pretty but looked like something that could be purchased at the supermarket flower section for less than $20 and it has not one daisy in it. I am very disappointed. I chose this florist based on positive reviews. UPDATE: The florist contacted me in response to my review and offered to make a new arrangement that would be more of what I had been expecting. He did a beautiful job on the new arrangement including many yellow daisies and it was a much larger arrangement than I would have expected for the original price I paid."

"Have gone past the shop for a few years now and never stopped in. I decided to give them a try instead of the usual grocery store and I'm glad I did! I went in asking for flowers for an anniversary and saw the sign out front for roses. The woman went back for 5-10 minutes and put together a beautiful bouquet of a dozen roses. When I saw it, I was nervous I ordered something super expensive! Was the $16.95 sign special, but beat my expectations overall! Around that price is the same if not cheaper than most grocery stores I usually buy flowers at. Its changed my go to flower spot and I'll plan on coming back for future occasions! Thanks!"

"I had a last minute order on Friday afternoon for a funeral service the following morning at 9am. Ben was extremely helpful and assured me the flowers would be delivered in time. Since it was a local funeral home, he said there was no charge for delivery, even though it was a last minute order. I was so shocked because it seems everybody charges for delivery these days. I ended up calling him back about 1/2 hour later to add another order of flowers from my siblings. He said no problem and helped me with that order as well. When I saw both arrangements the next day at the funeral service, I was extremely pleased. They were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, even better than I expected! Thank you Ben (and whoever else helped with the order)! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate such good customer service and impeccable talent."
