"Drivers be really careful, I’ve done 2 loads for this company, 1 last year and 1 this year and both loads the broker Ramon Ruiz sent the rate confirmation with $100 less than what we agreed. He said he sent it by mistake. Same mistake twice is a lot of coincidence!!!!"

"I'm an owner operator, to work with David Barnes and his staff, its always an easy call. RLD is professional, knowledgeable, about the freight they move, there is no gray areas. They know what the equipment is, and what a trucker can do, and is expected to do. The rates are great,, and the money is there, that is all I can ask for. Customer service goes a very long way.. "owner operators should not do work for this company. they are as cheap as can be and dont work with dispatch companies. Did much work for this company. They are ingrates. Stay away from this company. I write a lot of reviews. People need to read reviews to see what the company is about. I write nice reviews if people deserve it. This company has nasty people working there. David Barnes calls me and tells me I need a therapist. He should take himself and the whole company to therapy and to teach people to respect fellow human beings. I used to work with L and J Freight, no more in business, with Tony and I would book many loads with RLD freight. We never had an issue. Every load was picked up and delivered. Cant understand human beings. Then this Mr. Barnes calls and insults me. Disgusting people."
"Multiple rate quotes requested and received. Multiple authorizations to proceed based on their quote. Multiple failures to pick up. Each time RLD failed to pickup I would contact them. RLD would then provide the opportunity to pick up the freight if we would agree to pay an amount higher than they quoted. Learned from others in my industry that they have experienced these same tactics from RLD too. I do NOT recommend this company."
