"The only reason for a 4 star is because a rude employee named Matt kicked me out the building and was very rude. He never locked the door while showing a unit to a customer. I walked in the building and he came to the front office where I was waiting and tried screaming on me. Saying I shouldn’t be in the building while he was showing a unit. He said the door was locked but it was not locked. So he kicked me out and I couldn’t pay my bill making my bill late and a20 dollar late charge. Other than that this is a good storage company. Thai always helps me out so if you use this ask for him he’s a great guy. Thanks"
