"We have used Orkin for many years to periodically help us deal with the many creatures who would love to move into our country house with us. Our experience has been very good and we can strongly recommend them."

"Jason the technician is the only postive thing that comes out of the local office. The treatments are great but the office customer service is horrible. They have literally told me over the phone that it's chaos the way they operate, employees have said they are quitting when coming to treatments and that they have been paid for larger projects they were able to sell. They will schedule your appointments last minute and expect someone to be at home with 8 hours notice and then reschedule the day before Thanksgving. We reisgned up 3 years in row to give them a chance. Based off of the customer service from the office I would not recommend. Once again Jason the tech that came out was amazing other than that this place is a mess."

"The people that work for Orkin are all very nice, and they've been very helpful, but it's almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone, and appointments are truly impossible to make or reschedule. I told a representative early on that we couldn't have any appointments in the morning, but their computer makes the schedules automatically, so my request is ignored, and then when I try to reschedule, I can't reach anyone. We will be switching to a different company that has humans who make appointments."

"I had my quarterly service scheduled on a Friday. This is an appointment they made. After over 10 years of service with this company, my only request is that my appointments are in the afternoon. Well, after prepping my house for their visit, no call, no show from them. (This is not the first time they missed their appointment ) Randomly Monday a technician stopped at my house? Wanted to know if I wanted to do my service now? Nope, I sent him away. Actively looking for new company."

"I would give Orkin a minus score if if that was possible with this survey. They have great people in the field, but the customer service nonexistent. They trapped me in a three-year contract and it was negotiated up front that my services would be weekends since I work full-time. Since that time they have consistently tried to send people out in the middle of the week and then when I’m not available cancel the service, but yet still charge me their exorbitant fees. I have called to discuss these issues, but no one ever returns my calls. You get directed in a phone tree and leave messages that are never answered. My three years are up and I will be leaving Orkin and I will not look back. Beware of these long contracts with promises on the front side. They don’t keep their promises and they just take your money every month for essentially no service."
