"Disgusting experience from start to finish, gross and no working machines"

"What is going on with Keene laundrymats?! Multiple broken washers here at Wash House, including ones not labelled as out of service. Overall this location wasn't very clean inside and somewhat cluttered. I lost $3+ dollars in change to a washer that appeared functional, then wouldn't start. The business appeared deserted, no staff ppeared to be on-site at mid-day Sunday and the listed phone number just gave a busy signal when I tried to reach someone about the broken washer and getting my change returned."

"I used to use this laundromat when I lived in Keene, Nh. I came today thinking it would still be a good place to do laundry while I was in town. My expectations were clearly not met. More than 1/2 the washing machines have a ‘not working’ sign. I finally found a large machine to do all my laundry in 1 load. Filled the machine, when inserting quarters they just fell out. I moved my laundry to 2 small machines. I filled the laundry, detergent & quarters. Pressed start & damn am I happy I stayed. An error code occurred on both machines. I will be be using this laundromat again after this experience. I’m not sure if there was a change in management or what but having anyone there to help, not answering the phone or responding to Facebook messages is not how you run a business."

"Convenient but dirty and machine's never work. Like 40 washers and dryers but only like 4 each work. I've lost money, there's no detergent in machine's. If they fixed there machine's they would probably make good money"

"The wash house has the hottest dryers in Keene. I never go elsewhere. 2 or 3 quarters will dry your clothes. David an employee is amazing! Always very friendly & helpful. His wife is also helpful. But you must listen to her batching & yelling at David constantly. Completely inappropriate for a place of business. Personally on that alone I would let her go. I have to assume that she must be very reliable and leaves the place in tip top shape at night. During open hrs the trashes are always over flowing and customers children really need to be spoken to or their parents. Some very obnoxious kids are in there, disrupting everything, loud, running all around non-stop and pushing carts in races which makes an ear piercing sound. I had to close my eyes & breath to prevent myself from yelling at the parents. Control your children in public. NOT only do they appear to be monsters but it reflects that you lack any valuable parenting skills."
