Mondovi Dental - Keene

"How completely unprofessional to close a dentist office without communicating to patients that they either need to find a new dentist or a timeline of when they can expect to have a dentist in the Keene office. After several attempts at contacting the Keene office their phones were forwarded to the Hudson NH office to be told they had no idea when or if the Keene office would reopen. Thankfully, I found a new dentist but I think they call this patient abandonment. Very disappointed in the way this was handle by Mondovi Dental."

"I am in the process of looking for another dentist. I had been happy with Mondovi and Dr. Yudin, but they seem to have disappeared. I lost a crown about a week ago, and tried to call. There was no answer when I called, and no information on the outgoing message, so I left a brief message about my problem as the recording instructed. No response. I went by the office, and there's a sign on the door saying the office is temporarily closed, with no further information about how long it will be closed or how to seek urgent dental care while the office is closed. There's no information about the (temporary? permanent?) closing off the office either. This is both disrespectful to patients, and irresponsible as well."

"I have a bad fear of dentists. But when I really needed a good dentist I did my research. From my very first appointment I felt like a person. The staff listen to my concerns and care about me as a patient. From cleaning to dentures they do so much in one office. And every visit they make sure I know what they are doing before anything happens. I never feel rushed through my appointment. Dr Yundin is amazing! And his assistants are always friendly and helpful. I'll be a permanent patient. I cant thank them enough for giving me something to smile for."

"I have spent many hrs in that dreaded chair. As an older adult it is actually less dreaded , even knowing that my teeth decline with age, as they have. DR Joe DMD is absolutely amazing! Joe is real and honest. He has a presence that instantly calms any jitters. I would have to say that a large percentage of Cheshire County agrees with me as his practice is crazy busy! If you are lucky enough to become a patient at Mondovi Dental be on time and prepared. They are jamming patients in like sardines(not in a bad way). The demand for Dr Joe DMD is very high. I look forward to building a long patient relationship with the staff. The assistant that was involved with my appointment was so friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. She obviously was the first to hear about my jitters. I was able to speak openly with her as I found out that the practice is a non judgmental zone. Even better Dr Joe DMD was beside us treating another lucky club member. He was able to take I our conversation while providing excellent dental care to his patient. This actually prevented repetitive history, saving valuable time."
