"DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRY MAT . They had one little sign up on the corner of a machine on a little stand saying we are closing early on the 4th of July . I went in and the girl was chit chatting w friend about how her Life was spiraling out of control … after I had put my laundry in the washer I noticed the sign … and I said to the girl why didn’t you tell me that you were closing early ? Now I don’t have time to dry my clothes …. She didn’t really have. A reason besides that she was chit chatting …. Then she passive aggressively went to another customer who was taking his laundry out of the dryer and said did you see the sign that we are closing early on the 4 th it’s been there a while… I ignored her but wondered why it wasn’t posted on the door . Then the week after that I used one of the 6.25 washers and it did not run … and I Had to re run the wash I informed the person there and she said Id have to talk to a manager….. the next time. I went In they said the same thing…. Today I had to wash a quilt so I went in …. I mentioned it again …and you’d think I was talking about a million dollars … it’s 6.25 and they again said that I’d have to talk to a manager … I called and the manager was rude … I’ve only once had someone act in a kind professional manner here …, everyone else acts angry and annoyed to be there. Any how the manager accused me of Lying about reporting that the machine didn’t work twice …. And lying about the machine not working. It’s 6.25 that won’t even buy two gallons of gas the point was I paid for a service I didn’t receive I won’t be returning and I suggest people go to a place were customers are valued . I won’t give a dime to The Dunkin’ Donuts the owner is opening either."
