"First off, Christopher Luna's review clearly shows he's uneducated. No legitimate business will sell ANY group alcohol if anyone within that group is unable to provide proper identification or if anyone is underage. The latter is considered selling alcohol to a minor, and legally if you appear to be under 40 years old, they are required to ask for an ID. The cashier was doing her job in accordance with state laws, so Christopher decided to give the store 1 star because they refused to BREAK THE LAW FOR HIM? That's ridiculous and he clearly needs to get a grip. Secondly, this spot gets a terrible reputation and it has for decades. I frequent it because it's the closest place to my home that's open 24/7 and, trust me, when you're basically nocturnal like I am, you want to be friendly with those who work where you shop! I've never had a bad interaction with anyone who works there or shops there. I hope those of you who HAVE will keep in mind that every single one of us has bad days, especially working with the public. I also hope those with previous poor experiences will give them another shot, but that is your choice. 7-Eleven, thank you for your commitment to the public and for remaining open 24/7 when all other stores have since limited their hours. Especially during COVID-19! You're all rockstars in my book! Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

"Recently on the phone with customer relations after being assaulted by a dirty toothless man wearing a 7/11 sweatshirt, after he berated the clerk for not making him fresh coffee in the middle of serving a line of customers. Photos of his greasy fingerprints from pulling himself up to hit me while I was in my truck."

"I was new to the area, stopped at this 7 - 11 and went inside. Never again. The girl behind the counter couldn't help me find something because she was new and in training, (explains the mask on her chin) and by far, the dirtiest store I have ever seen. Assortment of sketchy people outside. Went to the car, locked it promptly, have never been back. Remembering the Wizard of Oz, "I'd turn back if I were you.""
