"Terrible experience barbers go and smoke every 5 minutes. Was ignored for an hour before I got up and just left as I wasn’t being respected as a person. Shop is extremely loud and overcrowded although their are no clients getting their haircut."
"so unprofessional and very dirty... piles of dust on the shelving when you first walk in. trash overflowing in all the receptacles and hair/trash everywhere on the floor. people smoking in the shop. 2 Barbers that was there very unfriendly and lack customer service. waited 4 and a half hours to get a cut. called before I went in... the guy on the phone said they only do walk ins I get there and they basically was turning people away saying they only did appointments. after waiting hours they said they was closing. said he would cut my hair if I paid an extra 40 on top of the 40 dollar cut. just all around horrible experience."
"Being from out of state is already bad since you do not know any of the local spots to go to for anything you’re used to back home. Looking for barbers using “Booksy” and Gwani’s is the only that pops up. Try setting an apt and asking if mobile services were even offered since it was described that it was, has been a full day and still no reply. All other reviews that state the service might be good, could be fabricated to by friends or family to boost score. Personally if they cannot be punctual to a simple message, that shows to me that they really could care less about new clientele. Also check out the “menu” and whichever barber decided to put “stimulus package” as an option probably to sound funny is a straight up clown. Fortunately for me other reviews have shown how they operate there."
"Made an appointment 2 days before and it’s was set. I get there and the barber I requested just leaves. After 10 min I get an email “your appointment with gwani was canceled. The other barbers seemed chill but just don’t request gwani he’s very unprofessional."
