"I retract my previous 1 star review where I was upset that your website advertised child manicures and pedicures and then declined to schedule when my wife called. The website that advertised that was in Michigan. That was my mistake but it is unfortunate that you don't have an easily findable website with services. You still had an opportunity to do something cool for a little girl's birthday and didnt when we called."

"The stylist was having a bad day when I went in last and she had a grumpy attitude, and she gave me a terrible haircut. She acknowledged she did a bad job but didn't try to fix it, didn't offer to have me back in another time to repair it, and she charged full price. Everyone has bad days but you need to provide better customer service and a higher degree of professionalism and try to make up for it if your negative attitude is going to impact your work. On the upswing, nice environment, and their esthetician does wonderful work with nails and skincare. I will not be returning for hair however."
