"Terrible, terrible service and I don't think the "men" behind the counter could have been more rude to my wife if they tried. I was on the phone the entire time making sure she ordered everything we needed and to also pick up our online order that I placed yesterday morning but they still didn't have the 2 gallons ready until she got there on her lunch break at noon today. The website says they close at 7, so she got there yesterday at 4:48, same cars in the parking lot, lights on, but doors locked and no one answering the phone. I've been a painter for 20 + years, do yourself a favor and go to Lowes before going here, Lowes is right down the street. They overcharge for their paint and upsale you on paint that you don't need. Guess what all paint contractors get from Sherwin Williams unless the customer asks for something else-contractor grade paint. Available in any color and finish. Around $30 a gallon. Same exact stuff you can get at Lowes or Home Depot. I honestly can't believe how condescending they were to her. They wouldn't have treated her that way had I been there. Do better Sherwin Williams!!"
