"If you're handy this is the place to get your auto parts. They have the highest odds of having your part in stock as this is the distribution center for other branches."

"Once again they didn't have a knowledgeable counter staff and they didn't have what we needed in-stock. We had to drive 40minutes to another Napa and they had the wrong parts. If you are reading this you already know they are not what they used to be, if you want this kind of service go to Napa or Walmart. NAPA you can do better!"

"This store will not mix paint per a phone order (unless you have an account). So, you need to travel all the way in-person and place order. Next is the fun, you will be told “will be ready by day end”….??? At 10:30am I have to hold off on my repair and wait until “day end” to travel all the way back to the store to pick up. Ridiculous to make customers travel to store TWICE to get a can a spray paint. Even worse to not have ready in 1 hour, or two….to say by “day end” at 10:30 am is outrageous. Quote: It’s against company policy to accept a credit card over the phone. OMG….can’t think of any other RETAILER having this stupid rule. If you want major inconvenience and lost time shop At NAPA in Westbrook Maine paint counter!"

"Some of the guys in the back parts line need to work on their customer service. I get short non answers and no help with any direction on questions I asked or offer any help in pointing me in the direction where I can get help. I've had better help with auto zone, I should have just went there."

"Drivers beware! Arrived on time and waited 10 minutes, knocking on their receiving door and ringing their bell multiple times. Another driver showed up and asked how long I was waiting. Then, he proceeded to kick the ever living **** out of the door. Someone answered, and I was finally checked in. When I got docked, there was no red light at all. I had 9 small pallets. So this should have taken only a few minutes, which thankfully it did. However, I could never get a response if they were done or not. I only felt them enter the trailer 2 times, and the light never turned red. I continued to hear a loud sirene in my trailer as if they were already done unloading me. I didn't want to risk pulling away, so I walked to the door and knocked, knocked and knocked with no response. Eventually, I forced my way through the cover of the dock with the forklift still partly in the trailer. About 4 minutes later, someone walked out with my papers. It sorta seemed like he was annoyed, so I'm assuming he was honking for me to pull out. But I wasn't going to risk pulling someone in my trailer. Please meet your drivers at your door or let us freely walk in. Don't expect us to pull out when you sirene us. I'm not risking my job by taking you and the forklift for a road trip, or worse, have you falling out of the trailer. I am currently waiting for a new load and see another driver trying to coax them to open the door so they can check in."
