"HUGE thank you to Nicole! I usually get my nails done elsewhere but since I work locally, it was easier to go on my lunch break. I made an appointment for noon and did not spend any time waiting. I have very short nails right now so I didn't give her a lot to work with but she did an amazing job. I also usually get anxiety when having my nails done; however, not with Nicole. She has a very calming presence that just had me completely relaxed in my chair. She did go at a slower pace than I'm used to, BUT I know that's because she took her time making sure she did a good job and I can appreciate that. Everyone has their own techniques. Thank you, Nicole!"

"Huge shout out to Nicole. Recently moved to the area and finally took time to get a mani and pedi today, both long overdue. I am insanely ticklish on my feet and while I’ve been getting pedi’s for years, it has never been an enjoyable, relaxing experience for me. This however changed today. This is the first one I’ve had where the foot massage was actually super relaxing. I am usually anxious for it to be over but not this time! So happy I stopped in as it was a real treat for me. To top it off, my nails look Fab and my skin on both my hands feet and legs are so soft and no longer look like the skin of a lizard!! I am not one to post reviews but felt compelled to do so. Thank you Nicole! Job well done and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this establishment."

"I’ve been going to French nails since they opened. I have always had a good experience! The staff are friendly and accommodating. Best pedicure in Kennebunk that’s for sure! French nails takes pride in their work, they take their time when they’re with you. I’m always happy with my nails. I will suggest to make an appointment. If you walk in wait times can vary. I know they do their best to fit people in between scheduled appointments. Check them out, you’ll be happy you did!"

"I asked for my acrylic/shellac (whatever it was) nails to be removed and a basic French manicure. I said this over and over to ensure no confusion. Pros: very nice well accommodating Cons: they left some of the old shellac or whatever it was on the nail. The white tip portion is sloppy and uneven. The nail base is 100% uneven cause they didn’t remove all the previous stuff. I am new at getting nails done so don’t know all the names. The other thing that irked me was that the nail technician switched to someone else in the middle of her doing my nails and gave me a different nail technician (and it wasn’t because they were done with the shift). Maybe they do do better jobs but, to me it was sloppy. I still felt bad because I’m sure nail technicians don’t get paid a lot so I still gave a generous tip even though it was not deserved."
