"Don't always believe what you read. I researched reviews for the best blonde stylist in the area and I wanted to like this place, but stylist Amy was just not professional, or good and extremely overpriced for what we rec'd. First appointment was cancelled 10 minutes after we arrived (apparently Amy double booked?) She stated she would give us a deal on the color due to her mistakenly double booking. Rescheduled us for the following Saturday, again arrived and waited 20 minutes to get into the chair. We stated we booked for a full foil, no cut. We wanted to have a full foil to match root and the other grow out color. For a full foil, stylist only did top part of head with very little product to actually highlight...I was concerned and kept stating that the hair has never been this dark after foiling and color. Hair was still very dark (looks almost skunky) after she completed it. Complained to her about color and the she was unresponsive. The hair now has a distinct dark line you can see? Not good. Then she charged us $250.00 for the color. BUt then took 50 off for a discount???wow??? We never asked for a cut, she decided to do one anyway? Didnt get what we asked for, even showed a picture to her of the color we always get...nope! If you cant get to the color a customer has requested, then you should be open to working with them...or just tell them you cant do it. No hairdresser I know would send someone out looking like this. Terrible! As well, stylist had her young twins 6 or 7 there for most of the appointment which was less than relaxing. They were cute, but very busy and it was not relaxing. People go to the hairdresser for peace and relaxation...not us. We were watching her kids as they ran down the driveway to the street. NOT GOOD! Just a terrible expereince all around!"

"I booked an appointment here with Amy last minute. I am moving into the area,and was on the hunt for a new hairdresser. Little did I know,I would find a scientist in disguise. Amy is phenomenal. She listens and is super friendly. I have had a lot of hairdressers over the years. She is in the top 2. This salon is beautiful. The staff are friendly and it's very clean.. Best spontaneous hair appointment I ever make made. Thank you"

"Absolutely loved this place! Jenna was very accommodating to my 6 year old with a broken arm. It was also her first hair appt with a professional and she loved it! Jenna listens to what you want and knows just what you need. The setting is quaint and comfy and very relaxing and inviting. I have finally found my new hair salon!"
