They came out lopsided and disfigured and definitely not worth what I paid for them, ended up having to file them down myself because after three days I physically could not stand how chunky they were (it was not just the bridge and arch to support the nails. Those girls were thic) she also messed up not one of my nails, but several and noticed them and simply left them and wouldnt fix them. Would not recommend. The lady was nice enough, but the service was definitely lack as well as skill set."

"I had acrylic nails put on by Mimi on 7/7/17. I have had gel nails in the past as well as acrylic nails a couple of times before but this was the worst. She after she put on the white tips, I noticed that the tips of the middle nails and right pinkie did not match the color of the other tips. She said "it's is not my fault" that the wrong color was shipped to her. But it is her fault using those nails without telling me as she knew I was getting my nails done for my daughter's wedding the nest day and wanted them to look there best. After the second day, 3 of the nails were lifting and by the fifth day 9 of the nails were lifting. On the day of the wedding, I noticed there was a red line at the bottom of the nails. It wasn't too noticeable so I didn't think too much about it. After I had my days removed after the 11th day, all of my nails had a very noticeable red line near the bottom of the nails. After doing research, I found that the red lines are called "rings of fire." They are caused by using a Dremel drill to file down the nailbed. Dremel drills are used in woodworking and are not supposed to be used on nails. They are a lot less expensive than nail drills and are illegal to use in some states on nails. Now my nails are very week and have red lines on them. This was just after one time at Mimi's! I picked Mimi's after reading the positive reviews. I wish I had done research before I went there on the proper way acrylic nails should be applied."
