"Whatever you do don’t see shawna. She completely ruined my hair. I told her I wanted just a trim and to keep most of my length, thin my hair out, and to add a little face framing/curtain bangs. Absolutely no layers!! She gave me bangs straight across my forehead, cut them way to short. Took off so much length and my hair now looks super short in the front and long in the back. I can’t pull may hair up for work because it all falls out of the pony, and I have these stupid blunt, uneven bangs. Everything I told her was very specific and she did just the opposite. I have never been so unhappy."
