"So far I am pleased with my haircut. Ramune did a good job. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the conversation was excellent. The only drawback was, she didn't wash my hair, it was a dry cut. Still the cut was good."
"Asked to leave the top long while having the sides and back shorter. She shaved the sides and back to a point I was happy with but then began cutting the top MUCH shorter than I thought I had explained. I was speechless at the amount she took off when I asked for the top to be LEFT LONG. The silence broke when after the third section of hair was removed she said "I'm taking an inch off is that what you wanted or shorter?" I knew it was too late at that point to save anything so I said that it was short enough. I've been going here for a literal decade to the point where both hairdressers recognize me every time. But the quality has tapered, to the point where it feels like any passion for their work is gone. Unfortunately I will not be coming back."
"Very friendly and welcoming, homely atmosphere. I've only ever had my hair done by Ramune (not the owner), and am always impressed by the care and time she takes to be sure she knows what I want, and what I like and dislike. She is a very likeable and understanding stylist."
