"Did they close? The softig stylist with white thatched hair is very unethical and does not listen to customers in any way. She said, "I wonder what your hair would do in a French braid, then began to do a very bad one before I answered, which did not work after three seconds because my hair was too short. Then she tried to charge me $15 for braiding. Ha ha. No thanks."

"My son had an appointment at 12pm today. Got there on time and after an hour and 15 minutes he is still waiting to have his hair cut.They have one barber working and their excuse is that they had another barber not show up today. They should have called me to cancel the appointment when they couldn't service their clients very unprofessional. Never again they have lost a customer today."

"Not a very professional environment. I go to barber shops because I have short hair and salons aren't my vibe. The woman who cut my hair didn't know how to cut a pixie cut and kept having to ask for help from another hair stylist. It made me very uncomfortable and she didn't do a good job, I will not be returning."
