"By far the worst haircut experience I have ever had. The stylist did not even understand how to hold clippers in their hands. The person that was supposed to be training them was off talking. And left the store for the majority of the Cut I have never in my entire life. Had to tell someone to stop cutting my hair. Because, as they tried to fix my face. They made it worse and worse Terrible haircut and terrible hack job on my beard. I do a better job doing it myself in my bathroom mirror. Do not take a chance with this Hair Salon. They do not care about quality. And as I'm leaving with my face all on. Even one side to the other literally a 1/2 inch off. The trainer tried to hide her face and tell me it look good. If I were you I'd go anywhere but here"

"I decided after a 10 year hiatus to give this place another try, that was a mistake. They were still as bad as they were then. I showed up 3 hours before closing asking to get a partial foil highlight on only the top of my head. They said they couldn't because it takes AT LEAST 4 to 5 hours to do highlights. Now mind you have had many highlights done with many different levels of education, it does NOT take 4 to 5 hours to highlight hair. When I called out the person that she just didn't want to do her job, she rolled her eyes. I do not recommend going here. I have had issues with them in the past about 10 years ago as well. I thought I would give them another chance after 10 years. That was my first mistake. Edited to respond to response from owner (1/16/24)- I could understand what you are saying if the hair tech had even bothered to look at my hair (I had a hat on my head). She just looked at the clock and said we can not do it. I even asked to speak to the manager, but the answer was she is not in right now. I ended up going elsewhere and my hair was done in an hour and 30 minutes tops. I only had foils put on the top of my head."
"Went to the salon today in a panic because my hair was all out of proportion. Emily gave me a really sweet layered bob and I finally feel good about my hair again. Will definitely go back to her! My mother is a fan, too."
