But when you walk in at 8:45 and the rude manager barks at you to let you know that you only have 15 minutes to shop you just wonder how long they can exist with the poor customer service and minimal options. "I live in Canada and the two Joann stores closest to the Canada/USA border in New York state, closed down after Covid. I'm currently in the USA on a road trip and came across this Joann. It's twice as large as the one in Ogdensburg, NY that I often went to. I was in a rush as we had to be on the road again, so only had 25 minutes to look around and purchase any items. I bought two licensed fabrics and a cross stitching kit. I love how they still have coupons and offer teacher discounts! Oh, how I miss going to Joann! It was like revisiting an old friend."
