"I passed my test on the first try no problem! I took the Professional Real Estate Training Schools fully online self paced class. The curriculum involved watching videos for each class and following along with the book chapters and quizzes. The class itself took me 2 weekends to complete. This is definitely a style of learning that is geared towards someone who is self motivated and disciplined as the external accountability is pretty minimal. The course includes the text book, video classes, side decks, quizzes/answers, practice tests, and other resources. Cherie was a great instructor and told great stories that really helped the material stick. She responded very quickly via email any time I had questions throughout the course. Overall the class was a good experience and helped me prepare for my test and for a future career as a real estate agent!"

"Thank you for the class video (I heard many many times while washing dishes, preparing food for the family, or exercising), stories in the class, shared professional experience and great effort to provide all kinds of supporting resources for practicing the test. Just appreciate so much help and support from Cherie. My feeling is that The Night before exam's practice test is very good tool. It helps me clarify many concepts, adds some missing point from textbook, and also instructs me to read the textbook more thoroughly. In addition, the handout for the MA test part is very useful. And Cherie shared her own summary of MA License law which is so concise, easy to read, and saves so much time. I did not have any background in finance or economy. Seriously studied 2-3 months as suggested by Cherie's study plan. And took exam only after practice exam on the Night Before Exam website with about 90% accuracy and passed both portions at first try. In sum, thank so much for Cherie's effort and support brought to the class. Hope to see her in person for continuing education since I only met her at online class."

"I signed up for the classes and due to scheduling started with class #3 with the plan of returning back to classes #1 and #2 and the next opportunity. I liked the flexibility that the Institute offers as indicated on their website. Link to my classes was received in advance and worked well. The class was supposed to start at 9a and by 11a the instructor still did not show up. No one responded to messages left on the instructors direct line or on the business line of PRETI. Other students attempted to reach the instructors as well as indicated in the chat, without any success . I did not receive access to my book either and am requesting refund for my registration fee. Conclusion: unprofessional,"

"Two stars because while I enjoyed the class time I did have the opportunity to attend .. Cherie apparently has no business support in the event of an emergency. Cherie seems like a nice lady... But do not sign up unless you speak with her directly. She was a no call, no show October 20, 21, 23 and i presume 25 of 2018. Has not returned voicemails, texts or emails to any of the estimated 50 students she has waiting on her. Just a fair warning not to sign up for her advertised classes until whatever she has going on is resolved. I am personally 20 hours into a 40 hour course and stuck. I'm going to have to start over with another course. This is time I can never get back."
