"Pre ordered game that released 12/07/23 as Christmas present for my kid. Store gave away my copy to another customer said 5 people pre-ordered it and they only ordered 1. Lied that my copy would arrive in days. Have sought resolution for weeks spent hours on phone with other stores and customer service. Augusta store never called me back and the manager Tyler will not resolve. I have been completely robbed. Reporting to BBB. Give me my game and my money back scumbags."

"I came in today and bought a PlayStation camera. Out of all the packages only 1 had a stand included in the package. The stand very clearly doesn’t belong to this camera. I bought the round version that requires the “clip on” mount and it came with a square mount for the other version of camera. I set up an account to also pay for insurance on the device. When I called I was told there was no account on file and that there wasn’t a manager that could help me. I was just told to just come in and see what they can do. The drive is over an hour from me and I’d rather not drive that far AGAIN to either get a refund or just be told there’s nothing they can do. They refused to look up my receipt that I have, or to look into my account since it wasn’t a pro account. Very disappointed!! Won’t be back."
"This store has always caused issues for me. They’re never clear when they explain things to you. Offer a warranty on a headset which I purchase assuming if anything happens I can either trade towards a new one or get my money back which is how most warranties work. Instead I get told no it’s only on an exchange sorry. Wouldn’t have wasted the money in the first place"
"I love this GameStop. It’s disappointing that Game Informer no longer makes a print issue which severely decreases the value of their membership program. They usually have some cool stuff on sale and I get cool collectibles and trinkets on my preorder. Also they actually put their Pokémon cards on sale. I give them a 4 because they killed the print edition of game informer but high points for Pokémon card sales."
