This place is truly amazing & so is everyone that works here, from Dr Kailie Williams to the best dental assistant ever Melissa Phair!! "Horrible treatment and never ending scheduling problems! Wait 3 months for a tooth that needs to be pulled after 3 years of the office canceling appointments and needing to reschedule because it's office policy to see a hygienist before a dentist. The problem is the hygienist is not reliable at all (I've tried 3 different hygienist in the same office, same results with all) and has to reschedule appointments, but the receptionist tells me they don't have another appointment for 6 months!! 2 years later the appointment was canceled again by the office and we are told we can see a student hygienist, who is horrible and dropped tools on the floor and tried to place them in my son's mouth. Once we finally were seen by a dentist they can only fix one tooth at a time and gave me three appointments, the last one was a week ago and now the same tooth needs to be pulled because kailey Williams did not go deep enough to get the whole cavity and it is now an swollen and needs antibiotics! When scheduling the appointment to have the tooth pulled the receptionist said February!!! Magically one became available on Tuesday. It's been 3 years now, I don't see this changing anytime soon. After reading reviews it seems like the office only does this to mainecare patients."
