"I recently changed Dental Practices, and I am Glad! My previous dentist, who I will not name out of courtesy, was unable to reach insurance company, held my money for 11 months, miss-diagnosed 4 issues, and the Head dentist was always out, or on trips abroad to do charity work. Upon entry, the staff at Blatt & Kingston treat you like family! was introduced to the staff, given a brief tour of the facility, and Lisa got right to work documenting my condition,and taking notes. Dr. Blatt came in shortly after and quickly examined my teeth. His experience and expertise were evident as he wiggled my loose crown, smiling he said,"it's just loose, no problem!". The got me in the next day, Dr. Blatt and team had me put back together in no time at all. I'm very pleased to be a patient at Blatt & Kingston!! Thank You!!! Tim Chace"

"Arrived to my appointment a few minutes early and was told by the front desk they gave my appointment away. They told me I called and cancelled the appointment due to my son being sick- I do not have a child so definitely did not make this call. The receptionist admitted she messed up and was in the wrong patient's chart but that there was nothing she could do since I no longer had an appointment. My dental assistant proceeded to call another patient who took my time slot and the front receptionist did not squeeze me in for a mistake SHE made. I left work early just to be turned away therefore lost money and wasted gas. I tried to reschedule but they were booking out months ahead and I needed a cleaning so I found a different place a few weeks later to provide me a cleaning. A few months after this, I tried to schedule a cleaning with Blatt&Kingston to continue with my dentist but was then told I am no longer a patient there since I have not had a cleaning and that I'd have to pay for another consultation. Keep in mind I had a consultation the year before, had a few cavities filled there, and had xrays done there. So, I have been without a dentist for some time now. They gave my appointment away by documenting in the wrong patients chart and didn't accommodate me for their mistake. Then had the audacity to tell me I was no longer a patient there since I hadn't had a cleaning within a certain amount of time (even though that's THEIR fault). Not to mention the horrible phone calls I've had with receptionists being rude or not knowing what they're talking about. Dr. Blatt is great and the dental assistant is great. Such a shame I can't see them anymore."
