"We ordered 6 necklaces wore them for the first time on Mother's Day to honor my mother-in-law who passed away a few months ago. The youngest person wearing one was 18. Two broke that day. I am afraid to wear mine again because if it breaks I may lose it. Another one has a tiny knot that needs to be undone and we are afraid the chain will break in the process. The chains are so thin and where they attach to the pendants are also very thin. They are pretty to look at but very fragile. Maybe just the pendant would be a good option and just use your own chain. I may see about converting mine into something like that and buy a separate chain."

"My husband passed away at 48 years old due to complication from type 1 diabetes. It was a shock to me, our children, and our only grandchild. We all selected flowers from the flower arrangements at his services to have made into jewelry so we could keep him close to our heart. The website on rose keepsake states they would have our selected jewelry to us in 8-12 weeks, which was a lifetime to our granddaughter. After 9 weeks we contacted rose keepsake because our granddaughter was asking daily when she would have Papa’s necklace. We continuously received the run around from them. At one point they changed their website from 8-12 weeks to 10-16 weeks. After sixteen weeks our calls continued to go unanswered. We received our jewelry about 20 weeks later & they were of such poor quality and nothing like pictured, that they were unwearable. Please consider a different company to take care of your needs during this very difficult time."

"Great company! I can't say enough about how nice the workers are and the great work they do. Gorgeous work and so easy to work with. I sent flowers from my grandmother's funeral. I was a little nervous about sending my flowers but I was able to reach someone on the first try. They did a great job explaining the process and put me at ease. They responded within a few days after receiving my flowers. I ordered a rosary, a chaplet, and two chaplets with glass beads for family members. Both types of beads are stunning. This is a wonderful and meaningful way to preserve a loved ones memory. Or any special memory - wish I'd known about this company when I got married!! Make a great wedding or anniversary gift.
