"My family has been going to this jewelry store for 20+ years. The owners were amazing and gave exceptional customer service. It is so sad that the people now working there are rude and simply don’t care about returning customers. I wanted to order my daughter’s class ring from them, they want a 75% deposit in order to place an order of an item they don’t even have made. Not even 50%, it’s not like I’m going anywhere I have Been a returning customer for all these years, I think they would know by now I would definitely be coming back for the ring. I’m just baffled at the fact they don’t take any of this into consideration or just simply ignorant and don’t care."
