"No sales pressure. Old school 'customer first' mentality. I bought my BMW s1000rr two years ago off the sales room floor. I was treated with excitement and respect the moment I walked in wearing dirty work cloths. That same day a salesman at a different Suzuki dealer (where I purchased my new gsxs-1000 two years before) treated me like a dark ages peasant TELLING me to be careful of the paint and walking away from me in arrogant frustration when I said I was just here to feel out the bike ergonomics. I said the same thing at street cycles and Peter was excited to ask questions to understand my needs to better assist my decision. I have since needed help from the service department for general maintenance, parts and a lost key. I also needed some help from the business department when working with BMW on a small maintenance recall. The service I have received has been top notch. Everyone at street cycles has been very happy to help and answer all my questions with a smile.I can genuinely say that street cycles cares for their clients with with all respect, care and quality of service they possibly can!"

"Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I have been to many dealers and owned different brand bikes in the past but getting my bmw from street cycle was the best experience yet. They were able to answer the many questions I had and didn't try to push me into any that was not needed. Driving almost 3 hours and passing many other dealerships was worth it. Thank you guys."
"Heard good things about the place, and despite a long drive scheduled my R18 for its 6K maintenance. I can only say good things about them, from their honesty (no, didn't need the air filter; no, the trans oil change can wait..so rather than JUST doing what was listed actually checked if it is needed.), reasonable turn around time, and very reasonable cost. I will not hesitate recommending, and I will make the two hour drive to get my bike serviced."
