"The hours on door said they closed at 7 pm but the door was already locked at 6:50 pm."

"This is the third time I have gone to the Falmouth Goodwill to donate some very nice work clothes, nice pants, nice dress shirts, all dry cleaned and on hangers in plastic. The first two times I arrived I was met at the donation entrance with a sandwich board sign that said they were not accepting donations at this time. Today, I showed up at 4:11 and the sign on the door said closed at 4:00. As I read that and looked at my watch, clothes in hand, a guy came to the door from inside and it appeared he would grab the clothes. As I motioned to him I would just hand them through the door and did not need a receipt or anything, a car pulled up as well and he backed away and said if he took my stuff, he would have to take theirs as well and walked away. So I walked to the store entrance and as I entered I was promptly met by a staff member who put their hand up to me and said, "no, come back to tomorrow". I explained this was my third try and the donation side had just closed. He simply said, "come back tomorrow" and motioned me towards the door. I give up."

"Large Goodwill donation center and Store. Well stocked with both "New And Pre-owned Donations. Lots of items were found for our soon to be " family camping trip". All these last minute purchases are apt to be donated back soon if the rain continues."

"Super rude guy in the donations department was unnecessarily short with me when I was just asking a question (it appears he was already having a heated conversation with some ladies trying to donate 20-ish minutes after the donation time was over, but that had nothing to do with me). I said he didn’t need to be rude, and he flipped me off with both hands as he walked away. Very unprofessional and definitely doesn’t seem to fall in line with Goodwill Citizenship Behavior. And I got the impression that he might have been a manager…? Not a good look, Goodwill. This was June 7th about 4:25 pm."

"Prices for video games, not just at this goodwill but most of the NNE locations, are outright ridiculous! For example this location has two copies of Just Dance 2, at two drastically different price points. You need to set regulations on game prices asap."
