Boston Mobile Phone Repairs saved the day, taking a horrible stressful situation and making it smooth as butter. 9am: Wakeup to Screen bleed like a curse mark on my Pixel 6, purple and spreading, just before a big event where I need to take transactions, the worst time it could have happened. 10am: I walk into Boston Mobile and am greeted by Valentino, who says they only have one screen in stock, but thinks there may be an issue with it, and doesnt know if it's worth the risk to open my phone. Offers to get the screen overnighted, arrival estimated early the next day. I tell him I'm in a crunch and 2:30pm today is my deadline. His offer: If I pay for my screen repair upfront, I can use one of the iPhones he has as a temporary phone for my event. As long as I don't damage it, he'll take it back no charge. 10:30am: walk out with my sim card in an iPhone 8 and my old phone still in my pocket, with the promise I'll get a call as soon as USPS walks though the door. 3pm: Event comes. My old phones screen is 2/3rds purple, but the temporary iPhone works like a charm. Next day: The screen comes in by 11am but I'm unable to make it in before closing. Valentino says no sweat. 12pm day after: Dropoff my phone. 1pm: Get the call (on temporary iphone) that my phone is ready for pickup. 2pm: Pickup and handoff goes fast, with Valentino resetting the iPhone in front of me, restoring my own phones Sim with a showcase of its working function. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Great communication in getting an estimate and setting up an appointment, ready for me right when I walked through the door, and repair was finished ahead of time. When I later emailed that there was an issue, they got me in the next business day and fixed it. Feels like new again."
