"Another amazing service experience with Bob and Joel , Southern Berkshire Power, Just had machine engine service , they went through machine , returned machine looking like the day I purchased it . Can't say enough of level of service I receive Always extremely satisfied with work quality and results . 1 YEAR LATER- I called Bob after first storm and said my snow blower seemed like it was running rough . Bob gave me a couple things to check and call him back if didn't resolve . Three days later just after 8 inch snow storm Bob came to my house , checked my snow blower, cleared my entire driveway , and shoveled my deck . It took me few days to figure out who could have done all this . Unbelievable - customer service at a level I have never seen . Great people, Service after sale is beyond expectation."

They have a great selection of equipment for all needs and have good, truthful advice to help select the right one. Not the type of place where you’ll get some salesman pitch. They repair and service the equipment extremely well. My mower looked and ran so amazing when I got it back that I almost didn’t want to use it! Family business at its finest - you won’t regret doing business with them!"
