"Strongly recommend working with this company for everything plumbing, heating & cooling! Called Empire State Plumbing to replace my 1987 water heaters. They sent a tech within a few days to assess the job and he drew up an estimate within 15 minutes while on-site. Once I approved, they had a crew out 2-days later to remove the old heaters, remove all old plumbing, and install the new heater. Beyond just doing a wonderful job installing, they also made smart decisions like using clear pipe for the u-bend in my condensation line so I can tell if there is ever a clog. All to say: job was done fast, well, and with great respect for our home. Also, the same tech who estimated the job was the lead installer on the job; such a great idea and made for a wonderful experience. If you can get Justin on your job, you won't be disappointed."

"Had a service call placed and company cancelled 2 days out. Upon arrival one tech struggled with removing nut from tub faucet so the other attempted and broke all copper pipes in wall. Claiming the cause was old pipes and not the force of removing nut. Owner stated it is my responsibility for additional 920.00 for them breaking copper pipes. If this company is called make sure you ask the most important question. If you break something that was previously intact am I responsible? Poor businessman and poor customer relations ! In response to owner, the 3 copper pipes were intact prior to tech visit, we all could see corrosion on that nut so I think and alternative route should have been assessed before forcing the nut off resulting in copper pipes being completely severed at would have been at my expense and yes I refused your company service because it went from 427 to over 1300. And yes, poor review this is free speech"

"Called Empire on a Sunday when my water heater failed and they were able to get out the next morning to check it out. Keith was great in working with me through options (since I was budgeting to go tankless soon) and in talking through the entire process. The whole team has been very professional and always on time and has helped make sure everything works well."

"Justin and Albert came out due to a burst pipe in the winter as well as our need to replace our hot water heater. They were on-time for the appointment, and didn’t try to upsell to more expensive options that we didn’t need. The work was done quickly and were able to get a new water heater the same day and get it installed. We have an old house, and unlike another plumber in the area, Empire’s plumbers were both understanding and realistic about the work we needed done. Because of that, they will be our first call in the future for maintenance and other installs/repairs."
