"Al said he’d order part and get back to me. Did neither. They won’t answer phone and do NOT return calls. On phone with whirlpool and he never ordered the part. DONT USE."

"We scheduled a repair, he came looked at it, and said it may take seven days to schedule the parts. I called after two weeks later to see whats going on, left a message, called two days later again, dan never company never returned my calls."

"Al Weeman is the real deal. Make sure you are calling him and not that other business that is popping up (inappropriately) in Google when you're looking for Weeman Appliance Repair. The Weeman's are prompt, professional, thorough and treat everyone fairly. Their pricing is good and, after nearly a decade of using their services, my family and I are glad we have a company we can trust and recommend."

"Repeat customer here. We have a dishwasher that needed the control panel replaced, as a wire had shorted. Weeman's replaced the panel, and we discovered that they had done so at a good time, since the wiring in the panel had melted and could have caused a house fire. We also had our stove repaired twice; Weeman's replaced the inner glass to the oven door, as well as a burner and switch on our stove, giving new life to our appliance. Pay no attention to the one-star reviews - there are a number of satisfied customers on Facebook who refer Weeman's to their neighbors regularly, and I would do exactly the same."

"Unprofessional. Find someone else. Said what was wrong with my appliance after about 5 minutes of looking at it. Said he'd call back with a price of how much the part would be later that day. No call. I waited a few more days, no call. Don't even want to call them back."
