"I have only shopped at the Portsmouth, NH location so have no opinion regarding the other stores. The clothing is unique, upscale and well curated by the buyer. Prices range from moderate to expensive. I have consistently received excellent customer assistance. Yesterday Margie, who knows how to pull styles and colors together, helped me coordinate several great outfits. For me, Native Sun is a consistently positive shopping experience. We visit each summer and it’s the first store I head to when arriving in Portsmouth."

"To whoever the nasty old woman is who walked by my sister and I and yelled at us for “being on our phones”… right after she was on hers really needs a attitude adjustment. There were people walking maybe a foot in front of us so we weren’t holding her up by any means. I really Hope she’s not treating customers with that same attitude. (She proceeded to take the sign in out front of the store so that’s how I know she works here)"

"Native Sun in both locations have great styles, big prices but unique items. I would hesitate before shopping there. Recently I bought $500+ worth of clothes. Tried a top, Large was big so shop keeper said to order a Medium to be shipped to me. I agreed and it shipped out in a few days. I decided to wear it a few weeks after I received it --- since I could not try the size, it ended up being almost as large as the medium. Their return policy is 7 days. I trusted the judgement of the shop keeper and spent money on a top that is a poor fit. I tried to contact them by phone, fast busy signal and no answer. Nice clothes, yes, but do we need one more unsatisfactory experience/hassle from a store?!"
