"my friend recently went to this sephora and they experienced horrible customer service due to how extremely rude they were. As soon as my friend asked for a perfume, they stated they didnt carry it. When you speak to customers, you would assume you would talk to them in a nice, comforting and maybe even supportive tone but they did not. They replied in a horrible tone, and not only that, while my friend looked around the store, they were caught staring and laughing at my friend. From a couple gathered words, they were making fun of my friend by the way they talked. This should not be happening."

"I think it's insanity that both kohls and sephora play their own songs at full volume. Who in their right mind thought people would enjoy listening to two songs at the same time?"

"I am not impressed at all with Sephoras customer service at all. I went in baught a $126.00 dollar bottle of perfume, she opens sprayer dont work it just dribbles out, so wife takes back with receipt, girl says sorry they all do that. What service.Then today wife goes to return a base she got ,did not like and was told can return. Gies in girl says sorry can not take back I need bar code off box. Aparently they can not use the other 40 items the same bar code . We have receipts for borh items andvsays can return as long as you have receipt. Obviously this is not true. the girl working eas rude, unprofessional , and frankly abrurt. A definate employ that has customer edicate at all. Save your money and time go to Ultrael"

"I called before heading over to get what I wanted. Girl on phone was very pleasant. When I got to the store she was just as pleasant. Girl that ring me up was very solemn and not helpful at all. I asked what they might have for samples in the plaza girl said we can make you some interested. The other girl said you have 100 points you can use them here or save them. Give me my receipt and i told her I would save my points and she said bye."
