"Great selection of work boots and shoes. Great BOGO special when I was there. Rebecca was an extremely helpful associate. Revised 8/20/23. Ordered a pair of shoes that were not in stock. I never received a confirmation of the shipping order. No tracking number was ever provided. No communication whatsoever from Super shoes as to the status of the order. I called 10 days later to inquire about the status of my order. I was told someone would call me back. The person who finally called on Sunday morning. Offered no help, only to fill a claim with the shipper. After finally getting a tracking number verbally from the representative., (Which was the incorrect tracking number)... Figured out that the package was delivered to the wrong address. The representative from Super shoes dismissed me and informed me that it was my problem and offered no assistance and hung up on me. My decade of experience working as a customer service representative for LLBean qualifies me to say that super shoes failed grossly in their handling of the problem. I do not recommend ordering out of stock items from this company. Until they get a clue as to how to treat their customers and how to communicate order status. Revised again 9/1/23 Super shoes corporate made things right. They were extremely helpful and professional,UPS dropped the Ball on delivery and insisted that they delivered to the correct address. (My neighbors address) finally received my new work boots. As did a porch pirate too. I'll be back, probably online shopping in the future. Big thank you to super shoes for making things right."
"The store is clean and well organized. The products are definitely good quality. The only complaint I have really is that the kids section is so small. There is not a very big selection for children, especially boys. They do however have a really great fuzzy slipper section near the door."
