"Brought my vehicle back so they could replace a part they said was "broken". Dropped my car off. Got a call before they closed saying they didn't fix it because they couldn't find the part they needed. They had several days to order it and couldn't be bothered to drive down the road to napa and pick it up. Wasted my time and money. The guy I spoke with was quite rude and didn't care they provided bad customer service. They still make enough money off other people so losing me as a customer won't affect them..."

"Called for some body work. Arranged to come in. Was called back and told that the work wasn't easy enough and that they only do jobs that don't require real effort."

"Had these guys replace exhaust manifold on my girlfriend’s Chevy Captiva. They did a great job but couldn’t have gotten away with charging us anymore... that was fine. Easy to deal with. Friendly service. Went back after check engine light came back on after two weeks. They came back with the assessment they needed to replace entire exhaust system for nearly $3,000 because they said the catalytic converter was clogged, flex pipe leaked, hole in exhaust, additional O2 sensor(which they left dragging on the front axle) and brakes all the way around. Oh and it needs a new timing chain they said and that would cost only $250, plus labor. I zip tied the O2 sensor so that it was no longer dragging on the axle, and the flex pipe did not leak at all and that job took me 1.5 minutes in their parking lot and one zip tie. Then $70 to give the assessment. Mind you the car runs absolutely fine before we brought it in and runs perfectly fine now. A little overwhelmed with the assessment and lack of effort, like “hey we took care of the O2 sensor wire rubbing on your axle while we had it on the lift.” Nothing of the sort. Throw a dog a bone boys!"
