"Good to get quick small items on this side of the river. Staff could be better, the store manager herself seems like a decent person but the other staff is rude and uneducated. I used to refill my vanilla card here frequently without issues (as listed as an offered service at this location both in the current vanilla bank app and on the website) however they said they no longer offer it "per corporate" however other family dollar locations have done it (including this location many times in the past) and Walgreens has no issue as well. The store manager did it for me as a "one time courtesy" of some sort, overall a bad experience of what used to be many great experiences, and hoping that corporate is able to clear this issue up with either removing the service advertising or informing the staff that they are misguided on it"
