"Got an Alignment on my truck, and the steering wheel was crooked after. They told me that their machine couldn't fix the problem and told me to go to Randy's Auto to have them calibrate it. The alignment was not done correctly and as a result needs to be re-done. Beware when getting an alignment here."

"Went to get a slow leaks in a tire fixed and they said it was the ture pressure sensor leaking on one tire. They replaced it and now I have a tire light on. Made 3 trips back to have it fixed. Tire light blinks for 2 minutes and then stays on. Means the battery or sensor is bad. My last trip to have it fixed 3rd time. They explain the tires still leaking! So I explain I don’t trust them and want a refund now. There response was that I would have a flat tire because they would take there sensor back! I asked for my old sensor back they said they threw it away and it’s not there issue. The girl with the lazy eye is not very good at customer service. So after using there tire service I still have a tire leak and now a bad sensor! 4 and a half hours waiting for this to be fixed and 4 trips there and they blame the customer. Beware and do not use them."

"Went for flat tire and a women showed up arguing about moving car from where I was told to park and started using racist and abusive behavior. The person running the business BRIAN probable the manager refused to help , instead of stoping her told me This is a place of business and won’t let me video tape . You’re a worker and you should stop her from being racist instead you did her job first and keep whispering and smiling . This is what you do to someone who is not one of you or look different ? You could have stepped up and stopped her from being racist but you choose to side with her and argue with me about what I can and can’t on your business premises . You’re no different than that women itself because you not only supported her but keep whispering with her to make fun of me. Business owner should’ve trained at least you how to respond in such situation and do appropriate things you’re supposed to do . You heard every single word she said instead of saying thing all you were worried about being videotaped and business reputation . You don’t build business reputation by insulating people who’re not one of you but standing up for them and showing others no matter what color or race you are you will be treated equally but you choose to enjoy the racist comments and abusive language of that women and part sides with her . That’s the first time ever in skowhegan area I have to face this and to deal with such discrimination . Thanks for reminding us some of you folks are still out there and your hatred towards us is still intact and we should be more careful because time hasn’t change you . You’re a shame for the whole town of skowhegan for standing with that women and endorsing women"
